Represented Sibir Aircompany in lawsuits against Tax Authorities involving collection of tax payments VAT, Uniform Social Tax, TIPI. Tax Authorities’ decisions regarding the levying of additional tax charges were declared completely unsubstantiated and unlawful.

Represented WJ CIS Trading House, Metall Torg, Trinity Engineering Group and other clients, in VAT recovery cases against Tax Authorities. Tax Authorities’ refusal to refund VAT was ruled fully unlawful. VAT unlawfully paid was refunded to the taxpayers in full.

Represented Uralkaliy in case against Tax Authorities regarding Subsoil Tax claims made after a mining stoppage, subsequent to an accident. As a result of the litigation the charges were decreased to less than 2% of those originally claimed by the Tax Authorities.
